  cs6 printing, photoshop manages colours query

  I normally let the printer (Epson R3000) drivers control the printing.
  I am now using a “Signature Worthy Sample Pack” from Epson.
  So now clicked the box that photoshop manages colour.
  Do I also have to click the “Print Settings” tab?
  When I do it says in Mode :(J) Off (No color adjustment).
  But do I have to select “Ink” Photo Black or Matte Black
  Colour or B&W.
  But when I print it says Epson Premium Glossy or Epson Archival Matte in the “printing dialogue box” when it is printing. Depending on what is showing in the print settings and not the paper that I have selected when I chose “Photoshop Manages Colour”
  I think I have missed something.
  Hope this is clear.
