CS6: How do I snap the playhead to markers?
Posted by David Goodwin on January 25, 2013 at 8:12 pmSimple one probably but how do I snap the playhead to markers? I’ve also used Sony Vegas and if I click the marker the playhead moves to that point. Where is AE’s equivalent?
Thanks

Just drag them off the comp entirely when you’re done with them.
Another easy and quick way to get rid off the Markers is Hold CMND/CNTRL and then Click on the Markers.

The best way seems to be to use “J” and “K” keys as Stefan has suggested.
But this will work with Layer Markers only. To add Layer Markers select the layer in Timeline, then go to Layer>Add marker or use the asterisk key on the keypad.
