I have not be able to get my text memo markers on my P2 files to show up in any CS6 Program…. PP or Prelude. Is there a trick to this, or does Adobe not read those markers? Major flaw to not be able to see those markers if that is true…

Let me know if anyone else out there has had issues or has not…

    Thanks

    Justin

Apparently Adobe video related products are slightly selective in what metadata they show or not. My experience with Prelude CS6 and Premiere Pro CS6 is that any kind of clip or memo text markers are not supported and do not show in any way.

I had this idea to roughly sync slideshows with memo text markers to the video of the presenter, but now I have to check timecodes separately in P2 Viewer and then add the slide transitions to appropriate spots in Premiere.

If there happens to be a better way to do this, please let us know.

Dont know about CS6, but Premiere CC understands XMP with P2 files.
I made a script on autohotkey.
Just run it, select folder with P2 structure.
Script will parse it for XML and creates XMP.
