    If you installed the full version over the trial version, I’d try an uninstall…and a reinstall as it sounds like PPro didn’t download the res of the codecs that it needs in the retail version…

    I know this is an old thread but I am having the same issue and cannot seem to find an answer anywhere.

    Did this get fixed ?

    If so how do I do it?

    I had a similar issue with P2 media and found that removing the cache fixed this problem (although if you’re on a tight deadline, you can also use another app like FCP to ingest the clip in question and bounce the file over to Premiere Pro, importing it for use in your project there)

    What I did was open up AME, open preferences, and select media > clean media cache database
