CS5 Premiere: couple of strange behaviours
hello forum people,
I got a new Mac Pro 8core with CS5 installed a couple of days ago.
I already have some trouble with it. Slow behaviour, crashes, dynamic link doesn´t work reliable, …
I can´t imagine it, I guess I must have done something wrong.
Anyway, to get at least the work done which I begun, I´d like to talk about this problem: It seems that I can´t save a project. It takes so much time, I am waiting for 15 minutes already just to wait for Premiere to save, the progress bar did not move at all, it is not to be seen!
What kind of behaviour is this? Any hints for me where to start clean this mess up?

Have you upgraded to 5.0.2 yet? That’s what you should do first. More info here.

not yet, but that´s the next thing I will do. I just make a system backup, then do the update… I´ll get back to you, thanks for now!!

upgrade is done, seem to work much better… I will check it further…
