    Hi,

I just did a complete reinstall of CS4 including all OSS updates, but I still get a quite strange bug.

After a couple of times I used premiere, the application “forgets” its presets (custom keystroks, color user interface etc.) and I can not imagine why this happens.

Its really bothering setup up a daily used app that often – does someone have a hint what to look for?

This is Preferences File corruption. Navigate to your User/Library/Preferences folder and then trash any .plist file for the application. Also trash any file that is in an /Adobe folder in your Library that refers to Premiere that looks like a .plist file or was saved when you last used the application.

Should be all better after that.

What if there were no hypothetical questions?
