CS4 keyboard shortcuts to move layer’s position do not apply to lights????
For some reason, I cannot move lights in the comp window using keyboard shortcuts (arrow keys or shift+arrow keys). Layers and cameras respond to these move shortcuts, but not lights. Is this a bug? Has the shortcut key for moving a light been changed to something other than the standard way of moving other layers?? I have been looking in the shortcut keys reference but can’t find anything.
This is driving me mad and something I consider to be an urgent issue.
Also, does CS4 install help locally? Every time I go to help, it tries to pop me into the adobe help website rather than opening local help files like I had with cs3. not only is this slower as i have to load remote pages, it does not take into account people who do not have internet connections or who are not connected all the time.
Is there are way to get local help back? Perhaps my IT guys did not install it when they upgraded all our machines. -

So no one else has this problem? Is this a weird bug that only I am having??? I’ll have to go back a version if I can’t move lights with keyboard shortcuts.
