CS4 export is a touch fuzzy and color slightly pushed
I have this strange issue with Premiere Pro CS4.
Work flow:
1 Import .mov file from flash disk recording from camera shot on green screen. Original format is HDCAM EX 1080p 25fps 180Mbps
2 Created proxies with MPEG streamclip 720p Apple Intermediate codec
3 created a 1080p HDCAM EX sequence
4 imported 3 hours of footage (proxies) into Premiere Pro and selected 40min
5 replaced proxy footage with full hd
6 exported to 100% Apple Animation file
7 imported into After Effects
8 Keyed
9 exported with alpha channel 100% apple animation 1080p
10 created proxy of 720p 100% apple animation with alpha channel
11 imported into Premiere Pro sequence for offline edit# 1st issue
I notice that when I view the footage in Premiere Pro and compare it to the raw proxy, it’s a touch pushed in the color/exposure or something. Why is that? Can I adjust that?#2nd issue
When I want to export the timeline and I compare the footage in the source monitor and program monitor and the export preview, I notice that the export preview is a touch fuzzy when set to animation codec 100% and not scaled. Why? When all other footage is crystal clear..I hope some one can help. Thanks
