CS4 cannot scrub in timeline with Spacebar / Arrow keys
In Premier CS4 I was able to play from the timeline using the spacebar until a few days ago. I could also use the arrow keys for frame-by-frame scrubbing. These functions no longer work.
I assume this is some .xml file that I need to delete so that Premiere can rebuild the profile, but I don’t know which one!

You can try recreating the PluginCache file: hold down the Shift key while you start Ppro, and then release the Shift key when the welcome window appears.

Also check the keyboard shortcuts to make sure your settings haven’t changed.
It’s also possible that this is caused by a missing/faulty plugin.
