  CS4 Broken AC3 Dolby Digital support in mpeg2 files

  Apparently CS4, update 4.0.1 and 4.1.0 no longer supports AC3 Dolby Digital in mpg2 files, audio is blank in the timeline.

  Is there any way to remux the audio in an mpg2 file to stereo as a single step? Rather than having to separate the audio and having to re-create existing CS3 projects that did work with AC3?
