  CS4 and AE connected files

  Hello,

  I am working on a project in Premiere CS4. The project is gigantic. There are numerous (hundreds) of green screen clips that are associated with After Effects files. However, every time I re-open the project to work on it, the After Effects files that are linked to these various green screen clips become “offline”. I then have to relink everything. And sometimes, the relinked files are fouled up, and a clip gets re-linked with the wrong After Effects composition.

  Does anyone else run into this problem?
