So I just updated Quicktime from 7.2 to 7.3 via OSX automatic updates and now all of my clips exported from Final Cut 6.0 have unlinked themselves in my AE projects and I can no longer import these clips.

    I’m getting this error messge:

After Effects error: file ‘*******’ cannot be imported – files of type “MooV” are not supported

I’ve looked everywhere, but no one seems to have an answer.

Obviously the upgrade in Quicktime is the issue, but how do I go about correcting it? Can I revert Quicktime back to an earlier version. Can I uninstall it, or possibly uninstall and reinstall AE CS3 (I’m hoping that won’t need to happen)?

    Thanks in advance.
