  CS3 Importing Photoshop

  This is probably a dumb question, but I can’t seem to import photoshop files into after effects cs3 while maintaining separate layers.

  I have tried importing as composition and composition w/ cropped layers and within that composition is only one layer with what seems to be all my layers merged. Is there a setting that was just automatically set in AE 7 that I need to change here or is there some other solution?
