The format of my footage is 1440 by 1080 (60i) and I want to export this to a standard DVD. For this I’ll be using Adobe Media Encoder to export MPEG 2 files. Here are my questions:

What should be my frame rate? What is the difference between 29.97 drop frame, 29.97 non-drop frame, and progressive? Also, does the field order matter? Will any of these settings be noticeable visually?

    Thank you!
