    Hi, today my Premiere pro cs 5.5 don’t send image to my second monitor, is the second time that happen to me, and the option in the sequence settings desapear.
    I use a single graphic card, the ATI Radeon HD 4870 on a Mac Pro Quad-Core Intel Xeon 2008.

    If anybody can help me.

    Hi Jose,

    You monitor has to be set to extended (not mirror), and be turned on before you start Premiere. Other than that, latest drivers is all I can think of.

    Hey There:

    I just experienced this problem, and found no answer online. Then I discovered that intermittently, if any part of your premiere window occupies the second monitor, even a hair, you won’t be able to see the second monitor in your playback settings. It will work if this setting is already activated, but won’t work if you are trying to turn it back on. And again, intermittently a problem, though this is always how I solve it now. Bizzarre, but hope this helps!
