CS 5.5 is moving my keyframes on me
I have noticed some instability with my new upgrade to CS 5.5 when it comes to keyframes. I like to use keyframes in Premiere when doing simple moves and animations, but lately I have been getting frustrated with Premiere for adding extra keyframes on it’s own or changing the value on existing keyframes.
I notice this most when I have a nested sequence in my timeline and I apply a simple effect to that nested sequence. So I will keyframe a simple move, (say changing size from 66.7% to 100%), then do some editing elsewhere in the timeline and when I come back and preview the sequence, the keyframes I set have been changed. It always seems to happen on the first frame. Often if there are keyframes at then end of a clip, but none at the beginning, I am finding Premiere creating a keyframe at the first frame in the clip that changes the effect significantly. It happens most with nested sequences but I have noticed it only regular clips as well.
I decided to post this because I just did an export and noticed an effect that was changed. So I had to go back in, change it and re-export. Then after that output I noticed a completely different effect was changed, that wasn’t changed on the first export.
Is anyone else finding this, or am I doing something wrong?
Thanks in advance.
