Thanks Tom, but in this effect I can’t move only the top or the bottom line and then feather.
I need this and I can’t.

Then I guess the Mask effect. It lets you do one edge, and by moving the mask points out you can feather only one edge. Or if you pull them in you can feather all the way around. It’s more flexible than the old four point garbage mask.
