  Crib Menu HD freezes CS4 Encore Win 7 64x

  I was working through an Encore tutorial and tried to load the menu from library – general – Crib Menu HD. Encore started to load the menu and then hung (froze) at ~ 95% complete. The only way to recover was a forced reset. The same routine and the same hardware ran fine on Vista x64. Everything is at the latest level. Anyone able to duplicate this problem or have a solution?

  The system specs are:

  Intel Core 2 quad 2.66GHz 8GB RAM
  MB Intel D975XBX2
  1 TB OS Drive Triple boot XP Pro 32x, Vista 64x and Win 7 64x
  1 TB RAID 0 Video
  1 TB Project
  Video NVIDIA Ge Force 9800 GTX+
  Audio Audiophile 2496
