I’m running the CC on a Mac Pro and I have to sign in to the Cloud every time I boot up, shouldn’t this be automatic?

    It sure should.

The first thing I’d try doing is deactivating, rebooting, then reactivating. I’ve also seen some advice to remove the file “opm.db” located in ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE.

If you’re still having this problem, the Adobe forum for Creative Cloud seems to be pretty well-staffed.

I’ve had that happen a couple of times on my machine as well, but not enough that I really thought anything of it. I’ll have to keep an eye on it.

About six weeks ago I booted up PPro to be told that the project was unreadable. OK, Restart MacPro 5,1 – same thing. Went through all the usual charades until 45 mins later my email pinged me. Adobe had been unable to cash my credit card payment for the cloud. Went onto their site, reactivated the cancelled subscription and paid for it – reset to a different card – made a cup of tea – rebooted PPro and the project loaded fine. But no word from Adobe other than that the project was unreadable( PANIC) and belated email after they had apparently tried twice to cash the credit card payment. Mastercard had put a hold on the card following their detection of “unusual activity.” Never found out what that was – card reinstated 2 days later. Adobe must do better.

I used to be Jon Hiseman but I’m feeling better now.
