    Greetings and salutations

I am Producing, shooting and editing a project for a client that works in the health sector and at several points in the video I am planning on using pic in pic to create collages of their different services. I wonder if any of you great illustrious pros here at the cow care to share any good references so I can feed myself some inspiration.

    Thanks!

I am a huge fan of the ” 2.5-D” look, where flat panes are arranged in a 3-d space.

This is a frame from a timeline I’m animating in Motion. The circles animate radiating outward and you can’t see it well, but the vacuum tube “valve” has an animated glow flickering in it. The radio towers are 2-d flat objects with a duplicate layer rotated and added in their backs. Each era I’m illustrating has its own map on a long table with the virtual camera trucking to the right. Each map has a 3-d prop shot against green screen and comped into the 3-d space.

yeah! I am a fan of that look as well, however, I was thinking more of a 2d editing, parallel action type of thing.

You can find a lot of inspiration by looking at some of the samples at

I have to say, I wish I could afford to just buy them all. Some of them are quite brilliant.
