    hello…

you can use tools like wordpress (more blog-based) or others like that, or there are online tools that allow you to build and maintain a website w/o knowing html – things like a cms tool or the likes..

gotcha. I’ll probably just buck up and get dreamweaver then. How hard is it to create a template in photoshop for dreamweaver? and do you have any suggestions for an ftp client for a mac?

    hello…

dreamweaver is very straightforward – you can always download a demo and give it a try as well to see what you think…

wrt ftp for mac – cyberduck is pretty good…

    hope that helps!

You can create a web page in photoshop. Just design your page and use the slice tool to split your image in parts. Double clic in each slice (with the slice selection tool) and you get a dialog box with options like links, alternate text and others. Then go to file/save for web & devices. Photoshop will give you the options to export an html document with your slices.

This is not te best way to get a web page done. It will be a hell to administrate a site made only in photoshop and it will not be SEO frendly.
