I’m hoping someone with more experience in Premiere Pro can help me out.

I’d like to create a video transition preset but haven’t had any luck finding information on how to do this. This is what I’d like to do:

create a 29f cross dissolve that I can place in my favorites bin

thanks in advance for your help,
    Joan

Well, PP2 really doesn’t support custom presets the way AE does.

Presets are for effects, not transitions in that case.

You can however change the default transition length to 29f in your preferences and simply use Crl+D to apply it.

    Thanks for your help Vince.

I figured you could do this in PP2 since I saw a friend had a custom preset in Final Cut Pro.
