I saw in the site a tutorial on how to make An Old TV Screen but what i’m looking for is how to make a basic Tv effect.

June 18, 2007 at 2:41 pmIt was my first tutorial found here:
https://www.creativecow.net/show.php?page=/articles/rabinowitz_aharon/old_tv/index.html
Other than that, I got nothing…
What do you mean by a basic TV effect?

June 18, 2007 at 3:23 pmOh – well that’s simple! So then all you need to do is use that effect in After Effects that does that thing and creates the color effect. Then use the other color correction effect to create the effect. Oh, don’t forget to use that thing that does the thing, or it won’t look good.
😉
OK… Seriously – I’d like to help you. But you have to be more descriptive than that. The TV effect could mean any of the following and more:
Gridlines
Scrolling white bar
TV noise
weird Colors
Shape of the TV screen
Glare on the TV Screen
TV Turning on and off
TV bad reception
TV video RollSo try to be specific when asking for help, or you might get snarky answers like the above (and I didn’t mean it offensively, just wanted to make a point) – or worse, ignored.
Best,
Aharon
