Is there a way to create the cartoon effect to video. I know that I can do it in Vegas, but was wanting to know if I can do it in AE 6.5, and if so, can you explain exactly how to do it, step by step? Thanks

Not so sure what you are asking for- perhaps an example would be nice?
I could think of a few cartoon effects- stretching and distortion of faces, flattening of colors, etc.
Perhaps you are looking to do something similar to “Waking Life?”

No special effects, just an effect that makes your clip look like a cartoon. There is currently a commercial on tv of a guy talking, but the clip looks like a cartoon not normal video.

I think there was a plugin from Digital Anarchy in the making for this purpose.
Don’t know if it’s out yet or not.
