Creating ruffles
Hi everyone,
I’m trying to create this ruffle pattern with the pen tool. I am not quite sure how to do this so it becomes a closed path, since you can’t join anchor points in the middle of a line.
What would be the best way to do this?

if you are working with illustrator, than the best and most perfect way is to use pathfinder tool.
make an ellipse and another ellipse and using minus tool in pathfinder you can easily do with it. if you want any help with this tool you can watch my video at creacpix.with pen tool you might nit get much perfection.
