Im currently editing a film which is combining very old black and white film footage with new footage. Im trying to create an effect on the new footage to have the virtical moving streaks and noise on it, so it looks similar to the old stuff.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

In the tutorials area of andrew kramers video co pilot site, there is a tut on this Old film look. If you find the tutorial there arer all the download files used in the tut for free. In there there is a old scratchy film work part.
