    Hi,

I am editing a commercial in Final Cut Pro for a college project and want to create a title in After Effects for the catch-fraze at the end.

Basically I would like to export a freeze-frame from Final Cut and import it into after effects.
the effet I want is to have the title ‘Let Kodak Capture your Imagination’ to appear as if its being written accross the still image. I dont need to see a pen or anything writing the lettering, it just needs to appear as if being written. The writing has to appear quite qucily as well, as I dont want it to take too much time off the commerical as it has to be 30 seconds in total.

I’m sure this is easy enough to do, but I have little understanding of after effects and am trying to use this opportunity to learn a bit.

If you have any help with this, I would be very greatful. remember I dont know much about After Effects, or what is the best export setting to use in Final Cut.

The version of After Effects I’m using is CS3.

    Thank you,

    Olaf
