  Creating geometric pattern on illustrator to be printed on clothing– how do I align the pattern perfectly on the sleeves?

  So I’m designing a hoodie for an event; I would like to create an abstract geometric/network pattern that wraps around the sleeves and the hood, such as in the rough sketch attached.

  I’m planning to create these patterns on AI– how to I align/position the pattern exactly, such that when printed on the sleeves/hood, it wraps around seamlessly, without an obvious line that indicates the start and end of the pattern?
