Creating flash/rotating police lights
Hi guys (first time here so hopefully doing it right :p),
I’m creating a short film for a school project and I am having sounds of a police cars/emergency sounds etc. playing over some flashing/rotating police lights as an intro, do you have any idea how I can create this?

I would also like to know more about this, I may be able to use this in my kinetic typhography.
