    Hi everyone,
I was hoping someone could help answer my question.

I am trying create an effect simulating an equalizer with multiple images, for example 6 images on top of each other combine as one column of the equalizer.
Is there an expression I could use to animate opacity so that the column can rise and fall as the individual images lose or gain opacity, always having the opacity greater at the bottom of the column.

I appreciate all the help I can get.
Thanks in advance for every response.

This isn’t really an expression, and I don’t know much about it, but it could be a good lead. Your best bet might be to convert the audio into keyframes and then use that to both create an equalizer effect (maybe parenting the vertical size of a mask to the gain levels). Additionally, you could probably parent the opacity to the gain and then you’re all set. If you’re even still looking for a solution.
