I am fairly new to creating DVDs. I have made a few DVDs in the past that have turned out well…
Today I am creating a DVD and have 10 different clips, ranging from 3 to 8 min in length that I want to render and create a DVD with.
Typically I will put all the clips on different tracks, add markers, add other media and render the entire project with a preselect setting then create the dvd with dvd arch…
    Q:
Can each clip be edited with transitions, add the markers to the begining of each clip, rendered, and then each rendered clip be droppesd into DVD Arch and the dvd be create?
Now I\’m remdering all 10 chapters at the same time, which will take several hours on my box, then will add the rendered video to dvd arch.
But want to know if I could render each chapter seperatly then add each chapter to dvd arch to make the dvd…

    Thanks,
    Donnie

If you want the DVD to play all of the chapters with no limitation, you really need to render it as one long file. You can make a Video Compilation from several files in DVD Architect but there is a delay between each file and you can’t use the “previous chapter” button to go back past a file boundary. You’re doing the best thing by rendering one long file.
