Creating a waterdrop

Hi, I have to questions… how do I create water like the ocean?… it could be like with very tiny waves and after I want to make a water drop fall into it and get the water drop effect on the water.
I’m kinda new, I’ve been learning the tutorial of how to use the interface and the tools, and now I need a little push.

For the water drop falling onto the water you can use the “Proximal” shader in conjunction with particles. Check the c4d manual for more information on the proximal shader.
