Creating a Thick Liquid Look

Don’t know the plugin, but it looks like a older FreeForm Pro. I use SSAE for 3d text mostly and got used to FF Pro for any other kind of work that involves 3d displacement or distortion.

Study the displace pre-comp + the Material properties in ShapeShifter AE. Also not the 3D Transparency settings.
