    Hi all!

I need to create a 3D tetragon inside AE, and I simply can’t figure out the geometrics. Anyone have a finished one to share, or any ideas of how to do it?

    all the best,
    Björn

You mean a tetrahedron? A tetragon is a quadrilateral. A regular tetragon is a square. 🙂

    Here’s a pyramid tutorial:

You can use the ideas therein to make a tetrahedron.

A pyramid is not a problem for me to make, it is a 4-sided tetrahedron I’m after. Thanks for the link though!

    Anyone else?

    Indeed.

If you don’t have Illustrator, the height of an equilateral triangle is .866 times the base width.

    Right, you math guys?
