creating a similar effect
Hi.
I was wondering how I could create a similar effect of this:

It is like a group of orange bars forming around a circular logo, look at the video and it will make more sense.Anyway, how could I make a similar effect? What would I use?

As for bars… I don’t see any bars… but, I do see some glows/shines that extend out a very small amount. Most likely, this “bars” effect was made by Shine by Trapcode.
