Creating a motion background using background stills
How can I create a motion background using multiple background stills? i.e., textured background with a colored background overlay and have the design in the last background move? Or create a motion background using layers?

You can make the Moving backgriund manually by animating different images and blending them if required.
Also have a look at Red Giants Echospace which will allow you to animate objects in millions of different ways.

In this clip are some graphic stills that were put into motion and the motion is ever so slight. That is what I’m looking to achieve with a couple of textured layers and other stills. So if someone can tell me where I can find a tutorial or walk thru on this that would be awesome!

That is great Vishesh!, but its not the movement I’m looking for exactly. If you look at the video again you will see very subtle movement. That’s that kind of movement I’m looking for between layers to get the movement I’m looking to achieve.
