  Creating a monster for horror short

  I’m making a horror short, the monster is a essentially a collection of it’s passed victims dismembered body parts. So far, the only way I know how to pull this off is to make the monster in Photoshop then animate it in after effects with the puppet tool. Just wondering if anyone has any other ideas.
