Creating a line and transfoming it?
Hello, I am trying to create this effect and could use a little help.
the background is black, starts of with white centered text, text stretches horizontally across the screen transforming into a white horizontal pin stripe. Then the pin stripe separates and moves vertically up and down to create white wide screen borders.

I pretty much got creative and accomplished the effect, if anyone has thoughts please add.
