  Creating a DVCpro HD File, Wrapped in .mxf format that also has VANC captions on it.

  Hello,

  I was wondering if anyone has a solution for creating a very specific file format. Here are the specific specs.

  

  It’s for a TV station we’re trying to send a spot for. Not much a budget to spend out sourcing the encoding work.

  We usually use Mac Caption, but the above specs are not available for that.
