    Hey!

    Thanks for the quick response. I tried this tutorial but my clouds end up looking like they are in a nuclear haulucaust when I apply time dispacement..

    Would you happen to know why? or have any other suggestions?

    You could use a good actual hurricane sattelite image to create a displacement map for the same image and slightly rotate that.Use the techniques described in the tutorials below https://library.creativecow.net/jelescu_tudor/3D-from-2D-image_AE/1
