Created Custom Size 1024×768 but video size changes when I export it
I created a custom preset at the beginning for 1024×768 in Adobe Premier because this is the size that we need but after when I go to export it as a MOV I have to go into the settings and resize it again to 1024×768 and there are still black bars on the side so I have to click (scale to fill) which I think stretches the video a bit because when I export it H.264 at quality 100 the images are sort of blurry and jiggle when there is motion. The video I am doing is all still images but with motion (zooming in and out) and transitions between. Can anyone help me?

What are your exact export settings? You are probably rendering to a codec that has a set resolution.

Set it to 1050×576 with par 1.0.
