Hi all. I am new to photoshop, and am loving every bit of what I am learning, but I have a specific idea that, for the life of me, I cannot figure out how to accomplish. There are a billion tutorials all over the internet about how to write text along a path, but what I want to do is have a shape serve as my baseline, and have lines of text write uniformly from the baseline. For example, if I were creating a simple graphic of a sun, I want a circle to serve as the body of the sun, and then the lines of text would make up the rays of the sun – emitting uniformly from the rounded edge of the circle. The lines of text would be straight, but they would seem to emit at a different angle from a central point. I hope this makes sense. It seems like a simple concept that I cannot seem to accomplish. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
