Create a continuous-loop DVD for auditorum play
Hi all
It’s been 5-6 years since I have done a DVD project of any kind and did ok enough with standard menu making but have never had a request for a continuous-loop/play disc. Don’t have a clue as to where to start.I have the video in my timeline and set as ‘first play’. Connecting the End Action to Chapter 1 does nothing and beyond that I haven’t a clue. The video stops at the end and that’s it.
Any help would be very much appreciated.

Hi Butch,
I believe the looping option is more a function of the DVD player than the disc itself.
Considering that DVD is SD only, you might look into using a digital media player box – small box under $100 with USB input and HDMI output. Connect a small USB drive or thumb drive with H.264 content on it (HD resolution) and output HD video to high-def display, with looping turned on in player menu.
I have a Western Digital WDTV that I bought several years ago, but there are a lot of imitators, Chinese stuff for instance, check Amazon. Some under $50 (read reviews!)
I try to avoid SD video these days when I can
