Crawl out of screen tutorial
I’m working on an animation where i want to bring my character from its position on my computer screen into the “real world” by having him pop out of the screen. I’m looking for the effect like in the ring 2 when the little girl crawls out of the tv. does any one know any good techniques or possibly have a tutorial so i would be able to do this in after effects

Search the archive for “the ring” and there should be loads about it. There were a few theads kicking about a few months ago about it.
