  crash error messages when closing AE CS5

  Just installed AE CS5 (as part of Prod Premium). I have a Win 7 64-bit system with 8 GB of RAM and dual quad core Dell machine. Every time I close the program, I get two error messages. I have included the messages in attached file. Is this a problem others are having?
