August 22, 2007 at 6:23 pmyes it is. Since they just launched the product they are willing to offer it at a huge discount to get people into it. Obviously, they don’t want to give away the farm, so they offer it to small groups of people – with the goal of getting it into the hands of some users. They did it with After Effects New York as well, but the offer is over, alas.

August 22, 2007 at 11:42 pmAharon, your tutorial helped me very much. I can now make a perfect tracker in Mocha, but there is a little problem with After Effects. In my clip the camera is not moving, only the object. I did everything like you in your tutorial but when I paste the tracking data in AE, the insert clip is not following the tracker on some places (like when it is skew), while in Mocha the tracker is perfect. I don`t understand how. Do you know where is the problem?
Thanks, Spiderman -

August 23, 2007 at 2:33 pmNot seeing your project, I can’t say off hand exactly what the problem is.
We have a new Imagineer Forum here at the cow, and there are people who have been using mocha and the other products longer than I have and who may have some insight:

Just to make sure – Are you sure it looks right in Mocha? Have you tested it in mocha with an image or grid?
Best,
Aharon
