well, after I edit the matrial with AVID I’m trying to make a streaming file and upload it to a special website….
the file must be MPEG2.

Then you don’t need to convert the OMF files at all. These are your media files from the originally captured material.

Export the sequence as a QTref and then encode that to mpeg-2 using a 3rd party encoder such as Sorenson Squeeze, Canopus Procoder or other.
