Counteract fisheye lens distortion (lens unknown), best methods?
I’ve found this great videoclip that I want to use, filmed by a handheld camera.
However, the clip suffers from proximity distortion, lens warp. The camera is too close to the subject, creating a fish-eye effect.
I want to use After FX to counteract as much as I can of this fish-eye effect, but the lens and the camera type are unknown to me, and the camera is handheld, doesn’t film from a static position.
What tools or method would you suggest, as the best bets to work this rather unfavorable initial position from?

Have you tried the Optics Compensation effect?
