Countdown Timer
I am looking for a countdown timer that will countdown from any time….say 5 minutes in a specified format such as 5:00:00. I need to be able to control things like its color, its font, and its position.
The timer would have to be in a keyed frame so I could put any background behind it. Any ideas of who might have a plugin?

You can do this fairly easily in After Effects. I don’t know of any plug-ins that can do this, but I don’t know everything.

sorry for hijacking thread, but how would you do this in after effects easily!! i need a timer to overlay on a swimming race, going up in 100th of a seconds.
