Countdown & Test Signal?
While I see that Vegas7 has broadcast Color Bars, I have been unable to find a selection of audio Test Signals or a Countdown Clock. Does Vegas7 have these?

Sorry but no.
Test tones are widely available with a Google search.
You’ll have to make your own countdown leader but this is something you can have fun doing. -
